Do I need an account to order online?

No, you can order online without an account. However, creating an account will give you the benefit of viewing your past orders. An account is simple and easy to create and can be done at the checkout.

 

I forgot my password or it doesn’t work

If you forget your password, you can easily request a new one by using the "Forgot Password" button on the log in page.

 

Can I change my order?

Changing the size and color of an item, or removing an item is not possible.

If you wish to change your order, but shipment confirmation email is already received, please wait until the order is delivered at your shipping address. You can then follow the return policy.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You are allowed to cancel your order. This is only possible before you received a shipment confirmation email. Contact our customer service at atyourservice@mosafer.com, and they will assist you in cancelling.
